What I'm looking for

I’m seeking a Home Service Call Specialist or Customer Support role where I can use my communication, persuasion, and multitasking skills to deliver a strong customer experience, resolve questions, and coordinate services. I’m open to remote or office-based work.

At Columbo Beach Club, I supported customers with orders, answered questions, and coordinated requests with the kitchen and bar teams. I also gathered feedback and addressed issues on the spot.

At Chicken Rice Restaurant & Milk Agency, I welcomed customers, introduced menu options, recorded orders, and processed cash and card payments. I coordinated with cashiers and office staff to keep service moving smoothly.
