At MFOOD Vietnam Co., Ltd., I advised customers, processed orders, and maintained about 97% shipping booking accuracy by correcting shipping information when errors occurred.

I also assisted with receiving and inspecting incoming goods, checking quantities and product conditions before put-away. I maintained relationships with recurring customers and acquired two customers who went on to place repeat orders.

Through my logistics and supply chain studies at Ho Chi Minh University of Banking, I’ve developed knowledge of Incoterms, certificates of origin, cargo manifests, bills of lading, and international import–export procedures.

I’ve used Microsoft Excel, Power BI, Power Query, and Google Colab for business data visualization. I’m looking to improve my communication skills, deliver practical value to a company, and grow with it over the long term.
