What I'm looking for

I'm looking for a customer service or operations role where I can coordinate orders, deliveries, and cross-functional teams while improving service levels and client satisfaction.

At School Outfitters / BERPL Vietnam, I supported US supply chain operations by managing sales orders, PO acknowledgments, customer records, delivery tracking, and billing queries.

I work closely with Sales, Warehouse, Logistics, 3PL, and Accounting teams to resolve shipping discrepancies, damaged-delivery reports, freight claims, and operational bottlenecks while meeting SLAs.
