What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a remote Customer Success, Customer Operations, Client Onboarding, Customer Experience or Operations role. I bring strong customer relationship, problem-solving, training and process skills, and enjoy helping people and improving processes. I’m keen to join a company where I can contribute, keep learning and grow long-term.

I have 15+ years of experience across customer service, client relations, training, operations and business ownership. My background includes remote customer support for international markets, CRM and ticketing systems, onboarding, team training and managing client relationships. I also built and ran my own fitness business, managing clients, teams, systems and day-to-day operations.

In my corporate career, I was recognised with both a Performance Trophy and a People Trophy, reflecting my strong performance and positive impact when working with customers and colleagues. I’m particularly interested in Customer Success, Customer Operations, Client Onboarding, Customer Experience and Operations roles. I enjoy helping people, solving problems, improving processes and building strong relationships, and I’m looking for a remote role where I can contribute my experience while continuing to learn and grow.
