What I'm looking for

I'm looking for a fast-paced, professional role where I can deliver excellent customer or guest service, support safe daily operations, take initiative, and continue developing my leadership and coordination skills.

I've supported thousands of international guests with Royal Caribbean International aboard Wonder of the Seas, leading sports tournaments, group fitness classes, and safe open-deck activities while following strict operational and emergency procedures.

At Woolworths Cavendish, I managed high-volume online orders from processing through delivery, communicated order updates, resolved customer concerns, and coordinated with drivers and internal teams to keep service accurate and timely.

I've also managed daily gym operations at Perfect Health Gym, including staff scheduling, facility oversight, safety checks, equipment maintenance, client assessments, and group sessions such as HIIT, Bootcamp, water aerobics, and Killer Abs. I bring over eight years of customer service experience, a calm approach under pressure, and a strong focus on accountability, safety, and professional service.
