I am a Technical Support & Implementation Specialist with a unique background: I spent 8+ years managing complex supply chains before diving deep into Cloud Engineering.

This means I don't just follow scripts. I possess the operational empathy to understand why a user is frustrated, combined with the engineering depth (AWS, SQL, APIs) to find the root cause of the issue in the backend.

My Professional Journey:

• Current Focus: As the Technical Lead for Pixel Donate, I manage the platform's stability and Tier 2 support. I configure Stripe integrations, diagnose critical API failures (Webhooks, OAuth) using Postman, and investigate raw JSON logs to resolve data discrepancies.

• Operational Roots: Previously at Berlinger Haus, I acted as a Tier-2 troubleshooter for logistics systems. I used data analysis (SQL/Excel) to fix logic errors between Shopify and 3PL WMS, directly improving inventory accuracy and system reliability.

What I Bring to the Team:

• Technical Depth: I speak the language of engineering. I am comfortable troubleshooting RESTful APIs, querying SQL databases, and navigating AWS environments (EC2, S3, Logs) to validate bugs before escalating them.

• The "Fixer" Mindset: I don't just "manage" tickets; I investigate them. I translate vague user reports ("it's not working") into precise technical specs ("error 400 on endpoint X due to null payload").

• Remote DNA: successfully led distributed projects remotely, valuing clear asynchronous communication and autonomy.

Interests: I am passionate about System Reliability, API Integrations, and "Digital Logistics"—ensuring data moves as smoothly as physical goods. I am looking for a role in Technical Support Engineering or Implementation where I can solve complex technical puzzles daily.
