I am seeking a role that allows me to leverage my cybersecurity skills while contributing to a collaborative team environment focused on innovation and growth.

I am a dedicated IT professional with over 2 years of experience in providing both remote and on-site technical support, primarily in Windows environments. My journey has equipped me with a robust skill set in troubleshooting hardware, software, and network connectivity issues, ensuring that systems run efficiently for distributed teams. I thrive on helping users and am passionate about maintaining operational integrity in IT systems.

Currently, I serve as a Security Officer with Allied Universal, where I monitor and enforce security protocols while ensuring the safety of properties and occupants. My military background as a Signal Officer in the Georgia Army National Guard has further honed my technical skills, allowing me to manage and troubleshoot complex communication systems. I have also gained valuable experience as an IT Intern at the Pasco County Sheriff’s Office, where I provided Tier 1-2 help desk support and participated in cybersecurity initiatives.
