What I'm looking for

I'm looking for a mission-driven, compliance-heavy security or network role where I can strengthen monitoring, incident response, access control, and infrastructure security while continuing to learn new tools.

I've owned a classified COMSEC program for an Illinois Army National Guard battalion, maintaining zero security incidents and a 100% pass rate on unscheduled command and NSA audits.

At Nexagen Networks, I provide Tier 2 remote network support for more than 11,500 users across 3,700 VSAT sites. I troubleshoot Cisco firewalls and routers, apply access-control policies, and use SolarWinds and vendor tools to contain issues before they become service-wide incidents.

In military cyber operations, I've enforced access control and information assurance requirements, led a 13-person communications section supporting a 600-person battalion, and built a seven-presentation tactical-systems training library.

I also build and harden my own infrastructure, including a Wazuh SIEM on a three-node Proxmox VE cluster, split-horizon DNS, Caddy with automated TLS, and Vaultwarden. I'm CompTIA Security+ certified and bring hands-on network, cloud, security monitoring, and compliance experience.
