I’m a Computer Operator & Desktop Engineer focused on onsite and telephonic support for hardware, software, and application services. I handle operating-system installation and troubleshooting, malware/virus removal, and keep computers running virus-free for uninterrupted service delivery.

On the e-Gram project, I take responsibility for deployment, training, and support for eGram application software and related services such as Digital Seva Setu services ePortals, eGram B2C portal, and Gram Suvidha application. I train VCEs for video conference and broadcast as well as application software and portals, fill gaps in training feedback, and maintain the antivirus software deployed for eGram centers.

I also support day-to-day operations by collecting data (MIS) from Talati during monthly TDO meetings and submitting required reports or MIS portal updates. With my technical exposure across Windows and Linux environments, Windows Server and Active Directory services, and practical hardware testing tools, I aim to provide reliable user support, smooth portal/service delivery, and growth through challenging responsibilities.
