What I'm looking for

I'm looking for opportunities where I can apply customer service, sales, and technical support experience, embrace new challenges, keep learning, and deliver effective solutions for customers and teams.

I currently manage high-volume inbound and outbound travel sales calls at Springboard – TravelPass Group, converting inquiries into confirmed bookings, processing reservations, and identifying upsell opportunities.

Previously, I supported Spirit Airlines guests at CCI Kenya by managing flight bookings, modifications, cancellations, special service requests, and application-related issues. I also represented nearly 300 agents on the Spirit Airlines Employee Council, raising workplace concerns with management.

At Glovo and Jumia, I resolved customer account, delivery, refund, fraud, verification, and application issues while using feedback to improve service processes. As a Jumia Hub Manager, I also coordinated package inbound and outbound handling, reports, records, customer orders, and local promotional activities.

I hold a Diploma in Computer Science from Chuka University and have developed web- and Android-based systems, including a school management system and Nairobi online bursary application system. I bring hands-on experience in customer service, computer hardware and software support, networking, Java, CSS, HTML, and PHP.
