I am a technology enthusiast currently pursuing a BSc in Software Engineering at Zetech University. My journey in computer science began with a diploma and certificate from Chuka University, where I developed a solid foundation in programming and network management. I thrive in team environments and have a strong can-do attitude, which drives me to tackle challenges head-on.

Throughout my professional experiences, including attachments at Chuka Referral Hospital and Nairobi City County, I have honed my skills in network troubleshooting, system maintenance, and customer service. My role as a Contact Center Agent at Call Center International further enhanced my communication and operational management abilities.
