What I'm looking for
I’m a dedicated customer service professional with hands-on experience across contact centres, telesales, and client relations in an aviation service setting. I’m IATA-certified in cabin crew training, and I bring a strong focus on passenger care, safety awareness, and delivering service that truly matters.
In my contact centre work, I handle customer queries via phone, email, and social media while consistently aiming for first-contact resolution. I identify and escalate priority issues promptly, maintain detailed records of interactions and complaints, and support peak periods by adapting to shifting schedules.
I’ve also worked as a Call Centre / Telesales Agent, making outbound calls to prospective customers, explaining products, and supporting sales and customer retention. I manage and update customer databases accurately, handle multiple channels simultaneously, and contribute to quality assurance activities to improve service delivery.
Alongside customer support duties, I’ve performed data entry and record keeping and used web chat and ticketing systems to handle inquiries and resolve complaints.
