I’m a hands-on IT professional with experience spanning systems administration, networking, and software support. I take pride in deploying reliable solutions and keeping teams productive through clear guidance and fast troubleshooting.

In my recent role as a Computer Technician, I led an island-wide Office 365 Multi-Factor Authentication (2FA) rollout, coordinating Microsoft Teams sessions and setup guidance to ensure compliance across locations. I served as the primary on-site IT technician, resolving hardware, software, and network issues to minimize downtime.

I also owned deployment work for an office expansion and relocation for 50+ incoming staff, handling weekend network cabling, workstation configuration, and equipment deployment. I designed, deployed, and maintained Power Apps and Power Automate workflows used by ~100 users, reducing manual work and saving an estimated 10+ hours per week.

Beyond day-to-day support, I built and supported production systems for high-volume internal data transfers and acted as a cross-company IT point of contact to coordinate shared infrastructure with external teams. I’ve repaired and optimized 60+ endpoints in two weeks, and I author technical documentation while training staff across security, networking, and administrative IT functions.
