I’m a motivated IT professional with hands-on experience in system administration, network design and configuration, and computer hardware repair and troubleshooting. I focus on reliability, service quality, and continuous learning while keeping IT infrastructure running smoothly.
In my current role as Head of ICT, I oversee all ICT functions—including live-streaming systems, hardware, and network operations—plus Zoom/Teams and virtual event platforms. I also supported computer labs as a Lab Technician, ensuring equipment availability and helping students and staff with day-to-day IT issues.
Earlier, I managed Windows Server–based systems, user accounts, and network resources as a System Administrator, and configured network devices with hands-on network troubleshooting. I bring strong communication and problem-solving skills to educational and organizational environments.
