I seek a senior claims role where I can manage complex claims, provide empathetic customer service, mentor staff, and apply strong negotiation and organizational skills.

I am an experienced, independent Senior Insurance Claims Adjustor with 30 years in claims and customer service, including work with State Farm and self-employment since 2012. I evaluate, investigate, and resolve complex, high-value claims with attention to detail and a focus on concise conclusions.

I pride myself on strong negotiation skills, patient and empathetic customer service, and clear communication. I have served in mentorship roles for newer claims personnel and provide focused, attentive support to both internal and external customers.

I hold a Property and Casualty Adjustor license in Texas and a B.A. in Business Administration; I am highly organized, resourceful, and committed to finding solutions that close files efficiently while preserving customer trust.
