What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a Virtual Assistant position where I can use my experience managing schedules, bookings, CRM records, and client communications in a remote, client-facing role.

At Conduent, I managed Marriott hotel reservations by voice and chat, handling bookings, changes, and cancellations while keeping guest and booking records accurate.

At Telus International, I supported Airbnb hosts and guests across voice, chat, and messaging. I was promoted to Tier 2 support and handled complex cases, scheduling conflicts, cancellations, and account or billing inquiries.
