I am a motivated second-year college student with hands-on volunteer experience in administrative, library, and community support roles, focusing on clear communication, organization, and empathy. I consistently deliver reliable support in busy environments and enjoy helping people find the resources they need.

At Moneague Library I assisted with organizing books, helped patrons find resources, and maintained an orderly environment. During a summer administrative placement at Charlemont High School I supported filing, data entry, and daily office tasks to help staff run smoothly. I also organized donations and participated in outreach with Kids First Jamaica to support households and individuals in need.

I am seeking a customer service position where I can apply my interpersonal and computer skills, grow professionally, and contribute positively to a team.
