What I'm looking for

I'm looking for an entry-level customer service or administrative role where I can provide respectful support, build professional experience, use my communication and Excel skills, and continue learning new technology.

I'm currently pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration at the University of Technology, Jamaica, while building a foundation in customer service, communication, and problem-solving.

As a Class Representative at HEART Trust NSTA, I served as a link between students and instructors, communicating concerns clearly and encouraging cooperation among classmates.

Through community volunteering in Black River, I assisted with events and interacted respectfully with community members. These experiences strengthened my reliability, teamwork, and willingness to help others.

I'm comfortable working under pressure, managing multiple responsibilities, and learning new technology quickly. I bring Microsoft Office, Excel, financial reporting, data analysis, and strong attention to detail to customer-facing and administrative work.
