I’m looking for a role where I can support customers and keep operations organized—handling calls, scheduling, quotes, invoices, and accurate CRM documentation—while working in a fast-paced, team-focused environment.

I’m a bilingual Professional Customer Service Representative and Office Assistant with experience handling customer support, solving problems, scheduling appointments, and keeping up with organized office operation.

At Tropical Air Home Services, I answered incoming calls, screened calls, took messages, scheduled appointments, created quotes, and accurately notated outcomes and follow-up actions into the CRM. I also worked remotely handling high-volume inbound/outbound calls using a lead management call system and followed up on a daily inbox of 50+ leads.

After jobs were completed, I sent invoices to customers, explained payment methods, and received payment. I also completed Quality Control/Data Entry work—communicating with truck drivers, reviewing and testing products, and managing data entry and data collecting.
