In my current role as a CD IELTS Specialist at IDP Education Vietnam Ltd., I owned nationwide technical operations, process improvement, and compliance governance while coordinating async cross-timezone with regional and global stakeholders.

I’ve delivered measurable scale (expanding IELTS test centers from 17 to 34+ locations and adding 1,000+ test seats), built 26+ Microsoft Power Automate workflows integrated with Excel, MS Forms, and Python, and created self-serve KPI dashboards updated on weekly/monthly cycles. I also develop standardized SOPs and scripts across venues, run periodic technical audits (including CCTV review), and implement internal controls that enable managers to monitor operations independently.
