What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a role in Process Transformation, Data-Driven Operations, or Performance Optimization, where I can apply my engineering and analytical approach. I’m especially interested in Supply Chain, Logistics, FMCG, or Tech.

At UPS, I worked across industrial engineering, data, and operations to find ways to move things faster, cheaper, and better without breaking what already works. As Country Industrial Engineering & Operations Excellence Supervisor, I led Vietnam’s workstream in a regional routing redesign, delivering $1.3M+ in annualized cost savings and a 1-day transit lead-time improvement.

I also redesigned processes and supported digital adoption, including a Supply Inventory Management system that replaced manual tracking. With Regional IT and Brokerage, I co-led automated customs data extraction and driver mobile document imaging, replacing paper-based handoffs.

Earlier, as an Industrial Engineering & Operations Analyst at UPS, I turned operational data into decisions about service, productivity, and capacity. I received the UPS Asia Pacific Engineer Recognition Award for operational excellence and process optimization, driving Vietnam’s performance to Top 2 in Asia and Top 7 globally on the UPS International Balanced Scorecard.

I’m currently on a planned career break, building my Python skills for machine learning and AI. I’m looking for a role where I can bring engineering discipline and analytical curiosity to complex operations, especially in Supply Chain, Logistics, FMCG, or Tech.
