What I'm looking for

I'm looking for a Customer Service Representative role in a professional organization where I can use my communication and computer skills, provide excellent customer support, contribute to the team, and continue growing my career.

I'm pursuing a DAE in Computer Information Technology through the Punjab Board of Technical Education, with consistent academic performance and hands-on college project experience.

I built an RFID Smart Attendance System using RFID technology and a microcontroller to automate attendance. The system records and displays student attendance in real time on an LCD and stores data for future use.

My studies include computer programming, object-oriented programming in Java, computer networks, relational database management systems, digital logic design, and microprocessor architecture.

I'm seeking a Customer Service Representative opportunity where I can use my communication and computer skills to provide excellent support, contribute to a team, and continue learning new technologies.
