What I'm looking for

I'm looking to begin a career in customer service, administration, or data entry, where I can contribute accurate work, organized record management, reliable communication, and a willingness to learn.

I'm building practical experience in data entry, spreadsheet management, customer communication, and administrative support through my Computer Science studies and DigiSkills training.

In DigiSkills' Digital Literacy program, I developed working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, including data validation, basic formulas, sorting, filtering, spreadsheet formatting, and documentation.

I've created an Excel data management project for accurate record handling and built a C++ student management system using object-oriented programming and file handling.

I'm eager to begin a role in customer service, administration, or data entry where I can contribute accuracy, reliability, organization, and a willingness to learn.
