In customer-facing roles, I managed 50+ daily inquiries, resolved issues with minimal supervision, and maintained CRM records with precision. I also organized interaction logs and reports using Microsoft Excel and Word, ensuring every handoff and follow-up was documented cleanly.

On the development side, I contributed as a software developer intern to build and maintain live production features through debugging, testing, and code review. I’ve also created projects like a command-line Student Management System in Python and a responsive e-commerce product page in HTML/CSS, and I’m currently building more project-management and engineering capabilities through ongoing certification and coursework.
