What I'm looking for

To work in an organization which allows me to explore my skills to the best, contribute to the growth of the organization, and help me personify as a professional—through backend support, IT infrastructure work, and customer-focused problem solving.

I’m a backend operations and tech support professional with experience managing verification workflows, report generation, and customer support across voice, non-voice, email, and chat. I handled Know Customer (KYC) processes, maintained daily task sheets in MS Excel/MS PowerPoint, and supported backend operations for IDFC across PhonePe, Google Pay, and Razor pay—ensuring timely, accurate processing.

Currently, I work on technical support and inside sales for IT infrastructure solutions, covering routers, switches, firewalls, and access points, and coordinating with OEMs for technical specifications, compatibility checks, and solution design. I also support VAPT project discussions and scope finalization, and I’m motivated by taking ownership—from my final-year full-stack Civil Automation System project (leading a team of 3) to delivering dependable customer-focused results.
