What I'm looking for

I'm looking to improve platform reliability and security through payment operations, incident response, API troubleshooting, automation, and cross-functional work with global teams.

At Thales, I supported payment gateway operations across Visa, Mastercard/MDES, and Amex, helping banks maintain reliable API-based transaction routing and scheme connectivity. I investigated customer issues through Jira and ServiceNow, analyzed logs in Splunk and AWS CloudWatch, monitored service health in Datadog, and documented root causes for outages and escalations.

I've also built a cyber threat detection lab using Palo Alto NGFW, Panorama, Prisma Cloud, and Cisco Packet Tracer, alongside Gitlytics, a React and TypeScript dashboard for GitHub repository analytics. I enjoy improving operational resilience through automation, clear incident communication, and data-driven troubleshooting.
