I’m a Computer Science Engineering graduate who blends hands-on comfort with operating systems, cloud deployment tools, systems configuration, and structured troubleshooting. I take pride in clear coordination, communication, and process ownership from requirement analysis to delivery.

In my experience, I’ve worked across cross-functional teams and tracked progress through testing and deployment while documenting outcomes clearly for both technical and non-technical stakeholders. I’ve also configured and maintained databases for reliable offline transaction handling, validated application workflows end-to-end, and coordinated changes with my team using GitHub.

I’m comfortable stepping into either a systems/IT support capacity or an operations, coordination, or administrative role at an MNC. I’m motivated by roles where I can own issues end-to-end, apply disciplined root-cause thinking, and quickly adapt to new tools and processes.
