I led customer-led innovation for International Roaming, researching 500+ travelers and benchmarking 25+ global operators to launch Vi Flex and Vi Fam. I also led GTM for an Unlimited 4G & 5G proposition with ₹40 Mn projected incremental revenue over BAU.
Before Vi, I founded Thrifting with K, a sustainable D2C fashion venture, managing 100+ SKUs, procurement, operations, fulfillment, and viral Instagram campaigns. My earlier finance and marketing work strengthened my ability to connect business analysis, customer experience, and execution.
