At Air India, I looked after Business Class, VVIP and high-profile passengers, learning their preferences and adjusting service to each person. I handled complaints, delays and special requests calmly, often turning an unhappy guest into a satisfied one.

As Senior Cabin Crew, I coordinated the cabin team on service flow and handovers so passengers received a consistent standard of care.

At IndiGo Airlines, I provided friendly service on high-frequency flights while keeping passenger safety and comfort first. I also handled special requests, escalations and delays with changing crews and shifts.

At Riva del Sole Restaurant, I welcomed and seated guests, managed table flow during busy services, and worked with the floor team to look after guests from arrival to departure. I now live in Milan and am studying International Politics and Law at the University of Milan; I’d like to bring my service experience to a Client Advisor role in luxury retail.
