What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a role where I can support customers and manage cases accurately in a back-office environment, while continuing to grow with my Windows/MS Office skills and my interest in Python and applied computer science.

I’m an Airline Client Consultant with experience managing customer requests and inquiries while handling lost or damaged baggage claims. In my back-office role, I opened claims and processed and issued compensation payments, keeping each case organized and customer-focused.

Alongside aviation support, I’ve worked as a Sales & Production Associate, managing cash register operations and supporting hot kitchen service during lunch hours. I’ve also contributed as Event Staff and as a Commercial Management Trainee, advising customers, restocking shelves, and implementing marketing strategies—while continually building my communication, Windows/MS Office, and technology skills (Java fundamentals and currently learning Python).
