What I'm looking for

I’m targeting permanent senior HR, talent or leadership development roles in the Netherlands or wider EMEA, where I can strengthen succession, workforce strategy, leadership capability, global mobility and HR transformation.

At Kuwait Petroleum International / Q8, I partnered with senior executives across Europe, the Middle East and Kuwait to turn workforce, talent, leadership and organisational-capability priorities into actionable people plans. I led succession governance, recurring talent reviews and global mobility for approximately 50 active assignees and around 20 annual cross-border movements.

I’ve also strengthened executive visibility through HR KPIs, people data and reporting, represented Corporate HR during Workday HRM implementation, and supported SAP HR-enabled processes. Earlier, I led enterprise risk, business continuity and workforce-planning work, including a US$1 million Enterprise Risk Management programme and ISO 22301 certification for KPI/Q8.
