I've led HR across Kleyn Group, CE Services Group, LVMH Perfumes & Cosmetics Netherlands, and international startup environments, building and improving HR functions that support growth. At Kleyn Group, I held end responsibility for HR policy across five entities and introduced a new compensation model and salary structure.
At CE Services Group, I managed strategic and operational HR across four entities, implemented Recruitee, established a Works Council within three months, and supported mergers during the company’s acquisition by Clipper and later GXO. I advise CEOs, CFOs, boards, and management teams on labor law, organizational development, HR strategy, complex dismissals, and absence case management.
