I am looking for a job that offers a challenging and dynamic environment where I can utilise my skills in the full cycle of HR management, design and immigration/visa matters. I am a results-oriented, hands-on HR professional with a strong knowledge of the full HR life cycle. I have experience working across diverse industries and have a strong understanding of local laws and regulations. I have a proven track record in building and managing HR and recruitment departments, with a focus on strategy design and corporate recruitment. I am skilled in HR management, visa and immigration matters, and have a pragmatic approach towards problem-solving.

In my past role as the Director of Human Resources at Horizon Quantum Computing, I was responsible for managing the full range of HR strategy and operations. This included recruitment, onboarding, off-boarding, immigration, HR administration, and compliance. I have successfully created and executed recruitment plans and strategies, conducted screening interviews, and managed talent acquisition policies. I have also benchmarked salaries and managed compensation and benefits.

Prior to my current role, I worked as an HR Manager at Squarepoint Operations Private Limited, where I covered Singapore and Hong Kong. I was responsible for onboarding, compensation and benefits, employee relations, HR administration, analytics, engagement, payroll, reporting, and HR compliance. I also played a key role in the recruitment of technology/quantitative roles and the implementation of Workday HRIS.
