What I'm looking for

I'm seeking a challenging role where I can use and further develop my communication, interpersonal, computer, and language skills while building my professional career.

I'm a Customer Service Agent at the National Bank of Egypt, assisting clients with banking needs, processing transactions, and resolving account enquiries and discrepancies.

I provide accurate, complete information and help customers identify banking products and services that address their needs. I work with banking systems including Siebel, Flexcube, XCS, and OBDX.

I hold a Bachelor of Commerce in Accounting and Finance from Cairo University and completed the Fundamentals of Chartered Financial Analyst course in 2023.

I've also trained at CIB Bank and Banque Misr, and I bring strong communication, teamwork, time management, and English-language skills to customer-facing banking work.
