I'm currently handling customer complaints and inquiries at Mashreq Bank in Cairo, where I also contribute initiatives to improve customer care.
Previously, I worked as a Bank Teller at Mashreq Bank and Arab Bank, supporting everyday banking transactions, drafts custody, deposits, withdrawals, and cheque issuance.
I've also completed a summer internship in CIB's Global Customer Relation department and hold a Management Sciences degree in Accounting and Finance from MSA University. My training includes falsification and forgery, cyber security, compliance awareness, and anti-fraud awareness.
