What I'm looking for
I’m a DevOps Support Engineer with 5+ years of experience in production support and SRE practices, focused on Azure and AWS cloud platforms. I help teams reduce downtime and improve system reliability through strong troubleshooting and engineering discipline.
I design and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps, Jenkins, and GitHub Actions, automating build, test, and deployment workflows. I also manage version control with Git and support branching and release management best practices.
On the infrastructure side, I’ve managed and optimized multi-cloud environments across Azure and AWS, working with compute, storage, database, and container services. I orchestrate containerized workloads with Kubernetes (AKS & EKS) and Docker, and I use Infrastructure as Code such as Terraform, ARM Templates, and Bicep to keep deployments consistent.
I lead SRE practices including monitoring, alerting, incident management, and reliability engineering—implementing SLIs, SLOs, and SLAs to maintain high availability. I create runbooks and SOPs, perform RCA and post-incident reviews to reduce MTTR, and strengthen security via IAM, encryption (KMS), secrets management, and vulnerability scanning.
