What I'm looking for

I’m seeking a role where I can own onboarding and HR operations, improve systems and processes, and collaborate with growing teams to enhance employee experience.

I am a people-focused HR professional with 2.5 years of hands-on experience in onboarding, HR systems, and building scalable processes that improve employee experience and operational efficiency. I’ve led onboarding sessions, owned reporting through ADP and Excel, supported high-volume background screenings, and acted as an unofficial SME for onboarding, I-9s, and internal tools like Freshservice.

I design and document HR workflows, launched programs such as a Tuition Reimbursement Program and an Incident Report Workflow, and founded a community group to support interns transitioning to full-time roles. I’m organized, adaptable, and committed to collaborating with teams to make small improvements that deliver big results.
