I’m looking to join a credible, united organization where I can refine my customer service, interpersonal, and communication skills—improving my proficiency with timely, efficient work. I want to help innovate a better customer experience.

I’m an Implementation Consultant who helps organizations onboard and stabilize new PEO clients by turning requirements into configured solutions. I act as the primary point of contact during implementation—answering questions, resolving issues, and guiding clients to successful adoption.

In my recent roles, I’ve led end-to-end implementation processes, collaborated with cross-functional teams, and stayed current on industry trends, workflows, and benefit regulations. I also look for process improvement and efficiency gains in benefit implementations to make transitions smoother and more reliable.

Before that, I supported payroll operations and service delivery across ADP and Paychex, including compliance with federal, state, and local payroll regulations and analysis of payroll data to identify trends and recommend improvements. I’ve provided training to employees and mentored less experienced teammates while documenting interactions and maintaining strong organization.

I bring a strong customer-service and operations foundation from hands-on roles in management, administration, and court services, where I managed details, communicated clearly, and handled sensitive documentation with accuracy. I’m driven by timely, efficient work and by creating a better experience through training, problem-solving, and continuous learning.
