I’m looking for a customer-focused role where I can support members with health insurance and benefits, stay strict with HIPAA privacy, and grow into a higher position that develops my leadership and management abilities.

I’ve worked customer-facing roles from The Fresh Market as a Front Desk Clerk to remote support positions at Lighthouse Works and Startek. I greet and assist people, keep public areas clean, and handle inquiries with care.
