Provided Level 2 support for EU Login and IAM provisioning, managing incident, problem, and change workflows in ServiceNow. Led problem management investigations, built Splunk monitoring dashboards, handled Dynatrace alerts, and deployed WebLogic/Tomcat releases via JASSPR and Jenkins.

Commissioned and decommissioned Red Hat servers and MySQL databases and proposed monitoring solutions within an ITIL framework. Administered 3 production Red Hat EL servers plus 3 dev/test/UAT servers, installing and configuring new Red Hat environments. Managed live Progress OpenEdge 11.7 databases, executed OpenEdge upgrades, restored backups to standby and lower environments, and developed an OO REST-based interface to SAP PI via PAS for OpenEdge (Tomcat).

Worked on WebSpeed development for Quru's auction system application using OpenEdge 11. Supported application development tasks for a Progress/OpenEdge-based platform.

Administered Red Hat EL environments and led an OpenEdge upgrade from 10.1C to 11.5 across 10 databases. Performed capacity planning for ~30,000 new users, monitored live databases with daily After Image replication, and built OpenEdge Pacific AppServer proof-of-concept work using REST, Kendo UI, and JavaScript.

Analyzed and developed RAM Intermodal systems using OpenEdge 11.2 GUI and OpenEdge Developer Studio. Delivered enhancements aligned to the organization’s system requirements.

Analyzed, designed, and developed a Pricing and Billing system using OpenEdge 10.2A. Built the core pricing engine to support flexible pricing across the business.
