In my freelance work, I provide Deutschsprachiger Chat- & E-Mail-Support as part of remote Kundenservice. I help ensure customers get timely, accurate responses that move conversations forward.

Beyond support, I also deliver appointment setting and sales support. I bring a service-minded approach to Virtual Assistant work, supporting day-to-day coordination and customer-facing tasks.
