What I'm looking for
I am a versatile professional with experience in customer support, service operations, planning, and coordination. I take ownership of my work, stay organized under pressure, and adapt quickly in dynamic environments. I enjoy optimizing processes, solving problems, and providing excellent support to both customers and colleagues.
In my current role as a Support Desk Engineer, I support business clients by handling customer inquiries, managing support requests, and ensuring timely follow-up and resolution. I monitor service quality, maintain accurate documentation, and focus on delivering a professional and positive customer experience. I work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
Previously, I worked as an IT Support Specialist, where I assisted users with technical issues, logged and tracked incidents, and worked with various systems and administrative processes. This experience strengthened my analytical thinking, attention to detail, and customer-focused approach.
I also have a strong background in planning and operations, including scheduling approximately 25 drivers, optimizing routes, managing capacity, and responding quickly to operational changes. These roles taught me to remain calm under pressure, prioritize effectively, and communicate clearly with multiple stakeholders.
I am currently looking for a fully remote opportunity in customer support, AI training, content moderation, operations, or a similar role where I can contribute my problem-solving skills, reliability, and commitment to delivering outstanding service.
