I’m looking for a Customer Support, Technical Support or IT Service Desk role where I can combine my dispatching/customer service experience with my practical IT development skills and keep growing.

I’m a customer-focused professional with more than four years of experience in customer service, transportation, and dispatching. Currently, I’m studying MBO Level 4 Software Development while building practical IT skills.

I provide professional customer service as a Dispatcher & Taxi Driver, handle dispatch communication and bookings, plan efficient routes, and resolve customer questions. I’m seeking a Customer Support, Technical Support or IT Service Desk position where I can continue to grow, supported by my earlier logistics experience processing orders and supporting warehouse operations.
