I joined Conduent and took part on Royal Caribbean's responsabilities by assisting travel agencies on the LACAR and EMEA region with guest logistics and cases regarding pre & post cruise inquiries. Took part on the navy's successful return to sailing program after Covid-19 pandemic situation.

I joined HCL and took part on their proctoring program with Pearson Education. I was responsible for candidate test monitoring and reviewing so the candidates were able to receive their certifications by documenting and correcting misleading candidate behaviors and app issues.

I Joined 24/7 Intouch in order to improve team's KPI's. The project was focused to improve team's customer service and customer experience. Also took part on some scheduling operations and team's metrics improved in about 20% after the project ended.

I joined Allied Global to help them with the development of a technical support team regarding a US based phone company. Provided technical support via phone to customers with eventual fast & short sales.

I joined &Cafe team as a barista, and with my promotion I got in charge of one store. With te help of my baristas, we reached a new sales record and great customer service. I was responsible of train the newcomers and also the store managment.
