I have over 14 years of experience in customer service, sales, and operations, primarily supporting U.S.-based customers. I started in frontline customer service and sales and progressed into leadership roles, including Supervisor, Team Leader (SME), and Acting Manager positions.

My experience includes handling high-volume phone and email interactions, resolving escalations, coaching and supporting teams, monitoring performance, and maintaining accurate customer records. I’ve also worked with CRM and support platforms such as Zendesk, Jira, and Salesforce.

In my more recent roles, I’ve combined customer-facing work with operations and process improvement. I’m comfortable working independently, managing competing priorities, following up with customers, and identifying ways to streamline processes. I think this combination fits well with this role, especially the outbound follow-up, scheduling, CRM accuracy, and customer relationship responsibilities.
