I’m looking for a customer-focused role where I can resolve inquiries and complaints quickly, support customers with clear communication, and help drive satisfaction and repeat business in a professional, fast-paced environment.

I’m a dedicated customer care professional with experience handling customer inquiries and service requests through calls, emails, and walk-in support. I take pride in resolving complaints efficiently while keeping service standards high, so customers feel heard and supported. In my current role as Executive Customer Care at Airtel Zambia, I guide customers on billing, account management, and telecom services. I maintain accurate customer records using internal systems and ensure customer satisfaction through professional and timely support. My approach blends communication, problem-solving, and calm conflict management to reduce friction and improve outcomes.

As a Sales Associate at Plastico Enterprises, I help customers select products by providing detailed product information. I process transactions accurately, address and resolve customer concerns, and maintain strong relationships that encourage repeat business.
