I’m an Executive Assistant with 15+ years of experience optimizing efficiency, productivity, and service quality across varying environments. I’m known for coordinating schedules, travel, and meetings while handling confidential information with care to ensure seamless communication.

In my Senior Consultant role, I provide program management support including program coordination, project management, risk & issue management, human capital, cost & resource management, communications, outreach & training, and integration. I implement new business practices that help teams track deliverables, mitigate risks, resolve issues, and reach deadlines ahead of time—backed by reports and data analysis for budget management and reconciliation.

Earlier, as a Program Management Specialist, I supported Admin/HR coordination and accounting for a large library organization, using HRIS systems (including PHR) to maintain data, generate reports, and manage travel requests and reimbursements. I also conducted quarterly training on campus policies and supported purchasing, requisitions, vouchers, payroll transfers, and expense reimbursements using web-based systems such as KFS, ARES, WOW, and procurement tools.
