What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a role where I can drive consultative travel sales, handle high-volume customer interactions, and use CRM accuracy to improve booking conversion—preferably with remote flexibility, strong service standards, and room to grow.

I’m a multilingual sales professional focused on travel sales, customer consulting, and business operations. I help customers choose the right cruise experience through itinerary planning, stateroom guidance, and onboard service recommendations.

In my current role as a Personal Cruise Consultant, I manage 150+ daily customer interactions across inbound/outbound channels. I guide guests through reservation completion, payments, follow-up support, and I promote upgrades, packages, and ancillary offerings to maximize booking value while keeping Salesforce CRM records accurate.

Previously, I led sales and daily dealership operations at DriveNow Motors USA as a Sales & Operations Manager, handling customer service, vehicle sales, pricing negotiations, scheduling, documentation, inventory support, and customer follow-up. I also bring early retail sales experience from Victoria Secret, strengthening my approach to personalized recommendations and resolving customer concerns.
