I've managed end-to-end translation, MTPE, transcription, captioning, subtitling, and voiceover projects across 75 languages at Multilingual Connections. I also perform Japanese translation, editing, review, and quality assurance while maintaining client-specific translation memories and term bases.
I served as lead coordinator for a major law enforcement client's transcription projects, providing detailed feedback and performance evaluations to linguists. I've also partnered with vendor managers to identify, evaluate, and onboard linguists and vendors.
At CME Group, I managed localization across Japanese, Portuguese, Spanish, Korean, Chinese, German, French, Italian, Hebrew, and Dutch. I coordinated regional website updates with technical teams through Jira and trained teams on the Across translation system.
