What I'm looking for

Seeking remote contract or part-time work in operations, CRM administration, workflow automation, and data quality. Clear deliverables, written handoffs, and flexible hours are the priority, with availability of up to 25 hours per week and a minimum rate of $25 per hour.

Built Meridian, an internal CRM that brings leads, client engagements, tasks, outreach, and activity into one system. That work reflects a practical approach to operations with clear ownership and a reliable view of what needs attention.

In the current Head of Operations role, the scope also covers client delivery, launches, partnerships, and four automated document workflows used across engagements. Meridian grew from a Notion tracker into a Rust and React application with authentication, API integrations, and prospect enrichment.

At CSRHub, the work included adding exit and suppression controls to 17 HubSpot workflows, removing duplicate conversion events, and tracing a disabled follow-up workflow affecting 5,197 prospects. Clear systems and documentation let the next person keep work moving without waiting for a meeting.
